On Tuesday, January 19, 2021, the West Harlem Progressive Democratic Club had the pleasure of hosting 5 of the candidates for City Councilmember for District 9 (including Central Harlem and parts of West Harlem east of Amsterdam Avenue) who are seeking the Club's endorsement for the 2021 Democratic Primary to be held on June 22nd. The candidates were asked questions about their approaches to strengthening schools, reforming the police, addressing the lack of affordable housing, and much more. (Video after the jump)
